It's the time of year when I start to worry about boots. Should I get slut-wear hottie boots, or should they be more practical? Usually I've destroyed the ones I depended on the previous year, and I start to think about whether I'm going to splurge on something of quality, or a pair that won't destroy me when they finally collapse from the snow, slush and whatever else a Hamptons winter has to plunk down upon us.
