I was not-so-pleasantly surprised that AT&T yet again raped me by charging me extra for using my MSN IM and Yahoo IM for business... which is supposed to be covered in the $99 I pay every month for UNLIMITED DATA... not so... the douchebags at AT&T decided to go for the de rigeur practice of ripping off their loyal customers by charging each and every IM you get as a TEXT MESSAGE AND SMS, not included in your so called "UNLIMITED" plan.  So head over to http://www.Palringo.com -- it's sleek, efficient and a helluvalot better than the crap your blackberry comes with...
