Felt - one of the odest textiles - is again very fashionable, and not only as hats. Home furnishings and decor (look at this beautiful wall tapestry right made by Studio Lawrence), jewelry, even lamp shades are made of this warm and cosy material.
I like this elegant Felt Shade Floor Lamp and Felt Shade Pendant
by Tom Dixon.The Felt Shade provides warmth to any space in both lightness and texture. The shade is molded into an organic form to reflect the material's unique properties.
Made from double layered heat pressed felt inside and outside. Grey outside with white interior. Floor standing light with a tripod base.
