+ Manuel Ocaña's extraordinary Casa Rota in Madrid at Plataforma Arquitectura, a traditional facade belies a light filled loft-like interior with inner courtyard and a swimming pool that practically fills the basement.
+ Werner Sobek's R128, H16 and R129 prefab homes, "The R128 is a glass-and-steel home whose materials were planned to be 100% environmentally friendly and recyclable. Its parts are lightweight and modular so that the experimental home that sits right outside of Stuttgart, Germany was constructed in just 11 weeks.". Via Inhabitat.

+ itHouse designers Taalman Koch Architecture have announced news of their Three Junipers development project, "a planned community that will have three, 5-acre properties for pre-sale. + A Clean Break prefab exhibition in Philadelphia, to promote "clean development -- aesthetically and ecologically. The exhibit will showcase an actual neighborhood of full-scale homes open for tours and will also feature urban farming, eco-friendly furniture, transportation, public art, and other low-waste products.". + Pb Elemental Architecture's PC-1 house in Queen Anne, Seattle at Arch Daily. "Translucent polycarbonate sheets enclose the major living spaces resulting in an abundance of natural light and an interior wall that changes with the weather. The 2,850 sf residence consists of three levels with an 850sf ADU (accessory dwelling unit) and two-car garage on the lower level.".
