We needed a few things from IKEA this week, but we were seriously short on time AND we didn't have a car. So we got on Craigslist and called a few of the IKEA pickup and delivery services that advertise there. We hooked up with Eric's IKEA Delivery Alternative and it was really easy and pleasant...
Eric covers the area IKEAs - Paramus, Elizabeth, Red Hook - and offers three packages depending on how much time you need. For $80 you can get picked up with your packages and driven home. For $95 you can do a round trip with one hour shopping time, and for $110 you can have two hours of shopping time.
