It’s official! Obama Girl is attending tonight’s Mashable Exhibit Hall Party in New York City!

For those of you who don’t know Amber Lee Ettinger, a.k.a Obama Girl, she is an Internet celebrity that gained widespread fame in 2007 after starring in the viral YouTube video, “I Got A Crush On Obama.” The video was produced by Next New Networks’ BarelyPolitical.com, a political satire and entertainment channel that hosts hundreds of comedic videos.

The Obama Girl videos have been seen more than 100 million times globally, and Amber has appeared on television shows like Saturday Night Live and Geraldo at Large with Geraldo Rivera. Amber was also named one of the “11 Most influential Women of 2007.”

I’m sure her excitement over Obama’s victory as the Democratic nominee will make for great fun!
