Starbucks Revamps their Logo

Starbucks has recently changed their well known green mermaid logo to a retro brown version. You may ask why Starbucks would make such a dramatic change? Chairman Howard Schultz, feels that Starbucks needs to restore some goodwill as increasing coffee prices, machine-made lattes, and bad press have made the brand less attractive. In addition to the Norse inspired wood cut logo, the vintage theme will also be carried throughout the stores as consumers crave more intimate and less commercial experiences.
