A combination girlfriend/business trip to Dallas led to a fun visit to Mecox Gardens. If a chair could have the power to make you feel more sophisticated, thinner and better looking - than this is that chair for me! Fighting off a cold the whole trip, I instantly felt better sitting in this gorgeous turquoise leather chair. (being surrounded by childhood friends I’ve known forever didn’t hurt either. Thanks Diana, Ann and Lisa!)

I’m guessing I’m behind the design curve because this was the first time I’d come across jade bowls, vases and trays like these. Love the fresh, spring green color.
