What is the advantage of SMALL? “Living big in a small space”, as people say. For me small means fresh, clean, cool, cozy, efficient, and my favorite things/person within reach….

What’s your favorite resource for your home?

Hell’s Kitchen flea market is my favorite resource. I got quite a few pieces there. I go for the soft modern style that is chic, elegant and sophisticated. The colors have a washed out quality that echoes the history of the space and the neighborhood.

What is your one favorite element in your small, cool home?

My small home is pre-war built and comes with unique pre-war features such as arches, moldings, square layout and big windows. The space has aesthetics from the early 20th century which I really love.
