Spring Fever: Hot Outdoor Merch for Under $100

I always know when it's time to write about Spring. I have a rogue crocus that blooms below my woodland hydrangea every year. It's not particularly pretty, just a little thing - but it plays my barometer. It tells me that Spring is nearly here and although Frost is not over, it might be time to think about the patio, the yard and ways to make living more outdoorsy.
