The home of Michael and Nava Abel demonstrates their love of color and pattern. Micheal, an architect, and Nava, an artist, designed and built most of the home themselves. By combining some salvaged building materials and interesting design elements with their love of color, the couple has transformed the interior of the space into a kaleidoscope of rich, jewel tones and hand-painted pattern. The painted floors are our favorite elements in this approximately 1,900-square-foot home near the Mediterranean coast of Israel…
